Sports Relief!
Hi HBK,
On Friday 19th March, the whole of our school came to school in sports gear. Why? It was because it was Sport's Relief Day. We brought in a 50 pence donation to wear our sports kits all money going to Sport Relief. This charity helps people in the UK as well as other people around the world.
In the school hall the councilors and Mr Bennett (our sports coordinator(who also dressed up in a wetsuit all day!))made a 'taste a sport' event, with golf, tennis, hurdles and basketball! But there was a tough thing still to do! The whole school ran a mile for the charity. Everyone was tired out by the end of the day but we had all had fun!
