School Picnic

Every year our school organises Picnic.Even this year our school had organised Picnic to different places, for Std I to IV at Vintage Village and for Std V ,VI,VII, at Ajwa nimeta.Usually younger children go to near-by places and the students of higher standards go to far -off places. We had gone to Ajwa nimeta which is at a distance of 150 km from our school.

After all the students gathered in the school, we left for Baroda at 7.00 a.m.On the way to Baroda we played games like Truth and Dare, sang songs, shared many jokes with our teachers in the bus. After reaching the Fun World of Ajwa we had our breakfast and went ahead to enjoy different rides like Chinese Coaster, Rock and Roll, Columbus, Giant Wheel,Water ride etc., till afternoon. After that we had delicious lunch. And we took a nap in the lap of nature for half an hour. Then we went to Disco Theque. We all had fun dancing with our friends and teachers. To refresh our selves, in the evening we had snacks and soft drinks. We boarded the bus finally with sweet memories, to share with our parents. We reached the school at 8.00 p.m. and saw our parents waiting eagerly to pick-up us.

Finally we left the school with our parents, holding many memories of Picnic to cherish. That was a memorable day for all of us.We got an opportunity to understand each other. We had lots of fun with our friends and teachers.

We go to Picnic once in a year. How often do you go to picnic?

"MERRY CHRISTMAS"

winners' words

It was really exciting and encouraging for the winners of Spell Bee exam, which was held recently in our school by Marrs International Spell Bee organisers. We have been selected for the next level of the competition. It helped us to improve our vocabulary as well as spellings of English language. We enjoyed reading the books given by MARRS International Spell Bee.Right from the day when we enrolled our names for the competition we had the dream to succeed and win.Today that dream turned into reality. We owe our success even to our regular reading practice.we still have our preparation left for the next level .We collectively believe," THERE IS NO SHORT CUT TO SUCCESS."
we would also like to know your views about success.

what the craft fair is

Here at the school the PTA (Parent, Teacher Association) hold the craft fair every year. We get to make lots of different things such as pots and decorations as well as trying to win bottles of drink and chocolates!
There's also the Room of Secrets which is where we can get surprise presents for our parents for Christmas and help in wrapping them up.
I'm pretty sure everyone who comes has a good time. :)
Do you have anything like this at your school?

Thanks, Alex 6B

Tuesday, December 1, 2009

I myself also participated in Annual Function. I had fun during Annual Function. I danced in the song Judda Hoke Bhi........ . The theme of our dance of The power of electricity and light. Due to this effect our dance better. The effect was the whole stage was dark and during dance only our white glooves and white socks were seen. This effect was first time in Gujarat.
